About modification of the Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no regulatory (supervising) authorities

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Bring in Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no regulatory (supervising) authorities, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2014 No. 58 "About approval of the Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no regulatory (supervising) authorities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 5, of Art. 509; 2022, No. 6, Art. 884), following changes:

a) in paragraph one of Item 7 of the word "15 calendar days" shall be replaced with words "8 working days";

b) in Item 13 of the word "15 calendar days" shall be replaced with words "8 working days".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
