About modification of Item 13 of Rules of marking of fur products control (identification) signs
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Item 13 Corrected markings of the fur products control (identification) signs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 11, 2016 No. 787 "About approval of Rules of marking of fur products control (identification) signs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 34, Art. 5245; 2022, No. 15, of the Art. 2517) to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"When obtaining from the issuer of the made control (identification) signs intended for marking of the goods imported into the Russian Federation the direction of data on individualization of the received suitable control (identification) signs, stipulated in Item 2(1) appendices No. 3 to these rules, no later than the 3rd working day following behind day of individualization of control (identification) signs to the offer of such goods for realization (sale) is allowed.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
