RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and amounts of quotas in 2007

For the purpose of forming of rational structure of export and import of separate types of goods, accomplishment of the international treaties Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve for 2007:

total amounts of quotas of goods which export is subject to licensing, according to appendix 1;

the inventory which import is subject to licensing, according to appendix 2;

the inventory which export and import is subject to licensing, according to appendix 3;

the inventory which export to the USA is subject to licensing, and quota amount according to appendix 4;

the list of ozone-depleting substances which export and import is subject to licensing, according to appendix 5;

the list of products which may contain ozone-depleting substances and export and which import is subject to licensing (except products which are transported in containers with personal property), according to appendix 6;

the list of the countries - the parties of the Montreal protocol, export/import of ozone-depleting substances in/from which is allowed, according to appendix 7;

the list of separate categories of metal products which export to member countries of the European Commonwealth is subject to licensing and on which quotas, according to appendix 8 are established;

the list of products (semifinished products) from non-ferrous metals and their alloys, and also products with use of these metals which export is subject to licensing, according to appendix 9;

the inventory which import from the Republic of Macedonia is subject to licensing within the tariff quota according to provisions of the Free-trade agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of Macedonia, according to appendix 10;

the inventory which export is subject to licensing, according to appendix 11.

2. Determine that:

remaining balance of quotas of 2006, reduction or growth in volumes of the quotas determined in appendices 4 and 8, can be used in 2007 according to the corresponding international treaties;

the export licenses which are not realized in 2006 by subjects of business activity and commodity import, N1304 "About Approval of Inventories, Export and Which Import Is Subject to Licensing, and Amounts of Quotas in 2006" determined in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2005 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006 N 1, of the Art. 2, N 10, of the Art. 620, N 13, of the Art. 901, N 26, of the Art. 1882, N 40, of the Art. 2675, N 42, of the Art. 2799, of the Art. 2814, N 43, Art. 2881), with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 8, 2006 N1691 and N 1701, except goods which are classified by codes according to UKTVED 1001 10 00 90, 1001 90 99 00 and 1003 00 90 00, are valid till March 1, 2007 if another is not provided by the corresponding international treaties.

3. Take into consideration that agrees Montreal to the protocol of rather ozone-depleting substances export and import of substances and products which may contain such substances, determined in appendices 5 and 6, it is performed only to the countries, and also from the countries which are noted in appendix 7.

4. To the Ministry of Economics:

provide export licensing and commodity import, determined in appendices;

inform monthly the State Customs Service on issue to subjects of foreign economic activity of export licenses and commodity import which are subject to licensing and on which quotas are established.

5. The State Customs Service submit monthly to the Ministry of Economics information on amounts of the export performed by subjects of foreign economic activity and the commodity import determined in appendices.

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2007.
