According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 10, 2019 the No. UP-5848 "About Measures for Enhancement of Mechanisms of Attraction of Financial Resources of External Non-paid Assistance and Work with Donors" DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for preparation, realization and monitoring of the projects financed by means of external non-paid assistance, according to appendix No. 1 *, providing preparation of the projects financed by means of external non-paid assistance, development, monitoring of additional projects to programs of attraction of financial resources of external non-paid assistance and cooperation with donors and project development of agreements, material and technical support of projects of external non-paid assistance, and also the organization of activities of Coordination council;

Regulations on procedure for control of acceptance, accounting, address distribution and target use of loads of the humanitarian assistance and monitoring of projects of the humanitarian assistance according to appendix No. 2 *, providing procedure for attraction and receipt of the humanitarian aid, control and monitoring of acceptance, accounting, address distribution and target use of loads of the humanitarian assistance.

2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4*.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning investments and foreign economic relations - the minister of investments and foreign trade Umurzakov S. U.
