About approval of the Technical regulation of construction products (products)
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation of construction products (products) (further - the Technical regulation) which is attached.
2. To provide to the ministry of development of communities and territories application of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
3. No. 347 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.03.2022
3. Determine that requirements of the Technical regulation are effective till 2025.

General provisions
1. This Technical regulation establishes requirements to construction products (products) and their address in the territory of Ukraine.
2. In this Technical regulation terms are used in such value:
construction products (products) - any material, product or set which is made and introduced into circulation for application to destination for a long time in the building or construction which indicators influence the indicators of the building or construction connected with the main requirements to them;
procedural technical specifications - national standards and technical certificates;
the technical certificate - the document issued to Minrazvitiya in case of confirmation of suitability of construction products (products) for application to destination.
