About measures of rather further enhancement of the mechanism of providing domestic consumers with natural gas

For the purpose of reliable providing with natural gas the population, the companies of utility heat-and-power engineeering and state-financed organizations and organizations, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides stimulations of economical resource consumption of gas:

1. Ceased to be valid according to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.07.2011 No. 758, 01.06.2011 No. 869

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 9, 2006 No. 128 "About approval for the period till 2010 of limit of natural gas price" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 6, the Art. 313).

4. To submit to the Ministry of Fuel and Energy together with National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" in two-month time proposals concerning strengthening of responsibility for unauthorized gas offtake and use of the gas equipment with violation of statutory rules.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication, except Item 2 and the subitem 3 Items of 5 changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2007.
