1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on procedure for reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2018 No. 142:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market for the next year is performed based on administrative data, the departmental reporting and official statistical information following the results of work in six and nine months of the current year on the following indicators:

intensity coefficient in the labor market (the relation of number of the citizens included in the database of the able-bodied citizens who are not occupied in economy to amount of vacancies);

coefficient of substitution of labor power on all subjects of managing (the relation of number of the accepted workers to number of dismissed);

growth rates of number occupied in economy (the relation of number occupied in economy in the accounting period to number occupied in the corresponding period of last year);

specific weight employed the addressed citizens (the relation employed the addressed citizens to the number of the citizens needing employment).";
