1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2009 No. 182 "About rendering paid medical services by State Healthcare Institutions":
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
