About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1345/2007 about provision of privileges to young specialists with medical and pharmaceutical education

Based on article 11 of the Law No. 411/1995 on health protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, the Art. 373), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1345/2007 about provision of privileges to young specialists with medical and pharmaceutical education (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 188-191, 1386), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution the text "To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection" shall be replaced with words to "Ministry of Health";

2) according to the procedure:

a) in all text the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Item 3:

in the concept "young specialist" after the word "employed" to add with the words "for full time";

Item b) to state in the following edition:

"b) lump-sum allowance in the amount of 120 thousand lei for doctors and druggists and 96 thousand lei for medical and pharmaceutical personnel with postaverage vocational training which is paid in full after 6 months of work";

c) add item 4 with the following offer: "The outstanding amount will be paid by lump sum payment.";

d) state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. The financial means necessary for provision of lump-sum allowances for young specialists are transferred after 6 months of work.";

e) add with Items 18-1, 18-2 and 18-3 of the following content:

"18-1. In case of transfer of the young specialist with the consent of the Ministry in other organization from the rural zone before the expiration of three years of activities, for the young specialist the right to the privileges listed in Item 3, according to this Procedure remains.
