1. Approve:

1) criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of control on compliance to qualification requirements in the field of the industry according to appendix 1 to this joint order;

2) checking leaf in the field of the industry, concerning the licensees who obtained the license and appendix for activities subspecies: production of solid minerals (except for popular minerals); opening and development of fields of solid minerals open and underground by methods; conducting technological works on fields; liquidating works on closing of mines and mines; production of explosive works for mining according to appendix 2 to this joint order;

3) checking leaf in the field of the industry, concerning the licensees who obtained the license and appendix for activities subspecies operation of chemical productions according to appendix 3 to this joint order;

4) checking leaf in the field of the industry, concerning the licensees who obtained the license and appendix for activities subspecies: underground and workover, dismantle of the equipment and aggregates, installation of the elevator of wells; testing after repair of wells; washing, cementation, approbation and development of wells according to appendix 4 to this joint order.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the joint order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 No. 1161 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2015 No. 789 "About approval of checking leaf in the field of the industry" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12795);

2) the joint order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2018 No. 799 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 19, 2018 No. 72 "About modification of the joint order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 No. 1161 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2015 No. 789 "About approval of checking leaf in the field of the industry" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17817).

3. To provide to committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2023.
