About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of pricing in construction I decide:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till May 1, 2023 reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - since May 1, 2023;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
Operation of this Decree does not extend to objects which project (estimate) documentation on construction is approved till May 1, 2023, except for the objects specified in the paragraph the fifteenth Item of 1 appendix.
