1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for determination and use of the minimum level of reference prices" of January 28, 2022 No. 35 the following changes:

according to the procedure of determination and use of the minimum level of reference prices, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state the subitem 6 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"6) the official representative (the distributor, the dealer) - the trade organization having the distributor or dealer agreement (the contract or the protocol of intentions) with manufacturing plant or its trading house confirming the status of the distributor or dealer.";

- add Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:

"If the MUKTs size for the next period is not established according to the procedure, established by this Procedure, the MUKTs size established for last period is applied.";

- add with Item 14-1 of the following content:

"14-1. In case of lack of goods in the List taxpayers and/or state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to file in authorized tax authority petition for inclusion in the List of the absent goods.
