Based on parts three and the sixth subitem 2.5 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means", subitems 6.37 and 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2017 No. 33 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for forming and maintaining the register of suppliers (contractors, contractors) who are temporarily not allowed to purchases" the following changes:

in preamble of the word "parts three" shall be replaced with words "parts three and the sixth";

in Item 1:

"enclosed" to exclude the word;

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

To be reworded as follows the instruction about procedure for forming and maintaining the register of suppliers (contractors, contractors) who are temporarily not allowed to purchases approved by this resolution it (is applied).
