About approval of discount from the harbor fees

According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.10.2000 of N1544 "About the Harbor Fees" and for the purpose of creating favorable conditions of development of the project of the Evro-Aziysky petrotransport corridor I ORDER:

1. Establish till December 31, 2007 discount in the amount of 50 percent from the harbor fees (except administrative) for courts which come for loading (unloading) by oil on the Youzhny petroterminal located in the water area of sea trade port "Youzhny", under such circumstances:

1.1. Accomplishment of cargo handling of oil in amount at least than 9 million tons per year is performed according to the established schedule given in appendix.

1.2. In case of failure to carry out of the schedule for the accounting period (the I quarter, the I half-year, 9 months) of cargo handling of oil on the Youzhny petroterminal located in the water area of sea trade port "Youzhny" the discount for quarter which is the following behind the accounting period is not applied.

1.3. If for the end of quarter in which the discount was not applied the cargo handling amount is reached by accumulative result to the amount determined by the schedule, the discount is applied the next quarter.

2. To State department of sea and river transport (Kushnirenko A. V.):

2.1. Implement monitoring of amounts of oil refining via the Youzhny petroterminal and monthly to the 5th following reporting, inform the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine and in case of need to make offers concerning adjustment of the size of discount.

2.2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
