About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (2) article 23 of the Law on frontier of the Republic of Moldova No. 215/2011 (2012, Art. No. 76-80, 243), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item f) the following content:

"f) in the regular travel documents issued by structures of the territorial education which is not recognized by the Republic of Moldova.".

Art. II. - Appendix 1 to the Law on natives of the third states obliged to have the visa and natives of the third states exempted from obligation to have the visa when crossing frontier of the Republic of Moldova, No. 257/2013 (2014, Art. No. 1-3, 2), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 3 and interlinear footnote of the following content:

"3. Natives of the territorial educations which are not recognized by the Republic of Moldova:

Kosovo 3, determined according to the Resolution 1244 Security Councils of the United Nations of June 10, 1999";

"3 Natives of this territorial education which is not recognized by the Republic of Moldova can receive only the short-term electronic visa based on the regular passport issued by structures of the corresponding territorial education without the right of its prolongation.".

Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
