According to Item 20 of the Procedure for confirmation of the available working life for the award of pension in the absence of the service record or the corresponding records in it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.08.93 No. 637 (with changes), Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 01.03.2001 No. 121 (with changes), the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of the periods of work which are enlisted in years of service for award of pension which are applied.

2. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the board V. O. Kravchuk.
