For the purpose of realization of part 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About lotteries", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for submission of the reporting (information) and disclosure of information by subjects of the financial market" of September 4, 2018 No. 417 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for submission of the reporting (information) and disclosure of information by subjects of the financial market approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the subitem "an" of Item 33 of the word "in forms 1 and 2" shall be replaced with words "in forms 1, of 2, 4";

- to add appendix 9 to the above-stated Provision with form 4 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
