About approval of the Regulations on levels of terrorist danger, procedure for their introduction and additional measures for safety of the personality, society and state

For the purpose of implementation of articles 6 and 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to terrorism", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on levels of terrorist danger, procedure for their introduction and additional measures for safety of the personality, society and state according to appendix 1;

- The instruction (instruction sheet) for actions of citizens in case of introduction of levels of terrorist danger according to appendix 2;

- The instruction (instruction sheet) for actions of heads of organizations and the organizations in case of introduction of levels of terrorist danger according to appendix 3.

2. To the ministries, state committee and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- take the necessary measures following from this resolution;

- to perform selling expenses of the actions provided in the above-stated Provision within the means provided in the republican budget for the corresponding financial year.

3. In case of introduction of levels of terrorist danger to recommend to be guided:

- to physical persons - the Instruction (instruction sheet) for actions of citizens in case of introduction of levels of terrorist danger;
