About approval of the Program of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for counteraction to extremism and terrorism for 2023-2027
For the purpose of implementation of the Concept of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 20, 2021 No. 570, according to article 13 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Program of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for counteraction to extremism and terrorism for 2023-2027 (further - the Program) according to appendix.
2. To the state committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time in accordance with the established procedure to introduce in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic the Actions plan on program implementation.
3. Determine that the program implementation is enabled within the means provided in the republican budget on financing of the ministries and state committees for the corresponding year and also the extrabudgetary funds which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Recommend to local government bodies to enable program implementation due to assignment from local budgets, and also extrabudgetary funds which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for counteraction to extremism and terrorism for 2017-2022" of June 21, 2017 No. 394.
6. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
