About approval of the Procedure for movement of goods in the free economic zone Naryn

For the purpose of implementation of Article 455 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, part 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for movement of goods in the free economic zone Naryn according to appendix.

2. To the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and to the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn region of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
