For the purpose of implementation of the automated system of identification and escort of the children who are in difficult life situation according to article 22 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electronic control", article 22 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About information of personal nature", article 26 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about children, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on forming and use of the automated information system on children and the families which are in difficult life situation according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, to heads of the ministries and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic, local public administrations, local government bodies (under approval) to take adequate measures on implementation of this resolution.

3. To perform the expenses following from this resolution within the budget of the involved ministries and departments for the corresponding year.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
