1. Approve Regulations on control of use of the personal data obtained by public authorities and local government bodies from other state holders (owners) of personal data according to appendix.

2. Determine that local public administrations and local government bodies join in the plan of checks since 2024.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
