For the purpose of determination of legal and organizational basis of activities of training center of body of financial investigation of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

Rename "The Educational and Methodical Center of Public Service of Financial Investigation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" organization into "Training Center of Public Service of Financial Investigation under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" organization (further - Training center).

2. Approve the Charter of Training center according to appendix.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 14.11.2025 No. 739

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 21, 2022.
