2. Determine as operators of electronic trading within the experiment:
- Kyrgyz of Pochtasa open joint stock company;
- owners of customs warehouses in the territory of which places of the international post exchange, based on the decision of the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic are created.
