1.1. This Provision is developed according to Art. 13 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public health care", Art. 14 and 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About medicines and pharmaceutical activities", Art. 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About certification of products and services", and also gl.33 the Provision "About Features of Licensing of Separate Types of Activity in the Republic of Tajikistan" approved by the order of the Government No. 337 of 01.09.2005 and the Charter of the State center of examination, certification of pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, products of medical and sanitary and hygienic appointment, products of treatment-and-prophylactic food, nutritional supplements and cosmetics approved by the order of the Government No. 382 of 29.08.03.

1.2. Accreditation of pharmaceutical organizations, companies and physical persons includes determination of compliance of conditions and the place of their activities to the established requirements (standards).

1.3. The purpose of accreditation is ensuring interests of citizens in receipt of necessary amount and quality of the medicinal help and services.
