1. Realize during the period from the date of the first official publication of this joint order till June 1, 2025 pilot project on rendering the state service "Issue of Permission to Driving through the Territory of Foreign State to Carriers of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the International Treaties Ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service).
This pilot project also extends to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of People's Republic of China on the international automobile communication of April 5, 1993 (further - the Agreement of April 5, 1993).
2. Participation of domestic carriers in pilot project is voluntary.
3. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of pilot project on rendering the state service.
4. To committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tlepov K. N.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
