Based on part (4) Article 6 and part (6) article 8 of the Law No. 124/2022 on electronic identification and confidential services (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 170-176, 317) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on activities of skilled suppliers of confidential services it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1140/2017 about approval of the Regulations on activities of suppliers of the certified services in scope of the digital signature (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 451-463, 1268).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
