1. Approve the Procedure for registration of import and export of the veterinary medicines provided for diagnostics, prevention and treatment of animals in the Republic of Tajikistan, developed by the Chief state veterinary inspector of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. This Procedure inform the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan, Committee of protection of frontier under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to local authorities of the government, and also all subjects of managing, irrespective of the subordination and patterns of ownership which are engaged in import and export of veterinary medicines.
3. Charge to the Head of department of gosvetnadzor on frontier and transport (Yusupov J.), to the Chief state veterinary inspectors of GBAO (Buribekov A.), Khatlon (Hisoriyev H.) and Sugdsky areas (Sharipov A.), Tursunzoda (Abduloyev T.) and Dzhirgatalsky (Kosimov A.) areas to control behind import and export of the veterinary medicines provided for diagnostics, prevention and treatment of animals in the Republic of Tajikistan according to this procedure and to toughen the state veterinary control of execution of this resolution on frontier and border areas.
