About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Item d) parts (3) Article 17 of the Trade union act No. 1129/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 130-132, 919), with subsequent changes, after words "labor protections", to add with words "discrimination and sexual harassment on workplace,".

Art. II. - In the Law on State Labour Inspection No. 140/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 68-71, 505), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item c) parts (Article 4 to add 1) with words ", including concerning the prevention of sexual harassment on workplace and fight against this phenomenon;".

2. Part (Article 8 to add 1) with the Item d-1) of the following content:

"d-1) check at the enterprise level regulation of procedures for the prevention of discrimination and sexual harassment on workplace and fight against these phenomena, and also application by the employer of measures for the prevention of cases of discrimination and sexual harassment on workplace and fight against these phenomena;".

3. Item e) parts (Article 13 to state 2) in the following edition:

"e) analytical data on the revealed violations of the labor law, legislation in the field of health protection and labor safety, including in the field of the prevention of sexual harassment and fight against this phenomenon, and about the applied sanctions;".

Art. III. - In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
