In our country system work on full support of the population and subjects of entrepreneurship, improvement of conditions of education, work and life of the population, and also ensuring availability of the credits is carried out.
Availability in the legislation of the requirement about provision of financial consumer loan for acquisition of consumer goods (services) made in the Republic of Uzbekistan and realized by legal entities creates inconveniences for the population and limits possibility of their acquisition at the expense of borrowing facilities.
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About consumer loan" makes the changes providing possibility of provision of financial consumer loans on goods (services) realized by physical persons and legal entities and also goods (services) made outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law will serve enhancement and simplification of procedure for provision of financial consumer loan, and also improvement of conditions of education, work and life of the population of the country.
Article 1. The text of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 6, 2006 No. ZRU-33 "About consumer loan" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 5, Art. 216; 2012, No. 4, Art. 105; 2021, appendix to No. 4; 2022, 3, 216, No. 4, the Art. 340) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"When using financial consumer loan the agreement can be signed to or after entry into force of the contract for acquisition by the consumer of goods (service).
Provision of financial consumer loan is performed by transfer by bank or other credit institution of money to the bank account of the producer or subject (legal entity and physical person) realizing consumer goods (services).
