About modification of the Order of the Government No. 128/2014 about general government technological framework (MCloud)

Based on article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 128/2014 about general government technological framework (MCloud) (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 47-48, 145), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 1 the text", consisting of property of the public sphere of the state (state-owned property)" to exclude;

b) add Item 2 with subitems 3) and 4) of the following content:

"3) the Catalogue of the services relating to general government technological framework (MCloud) according to appendix No. 3;

d) add with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1.
