1. Found general government technological framework (MCloud).

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on effective use and administration of general government technological framework (MCloud), according to appendix No. 1;

2) the List of public subjects, administrative authorities, autonomous in relation to the Government, beneficiaries of general government platform (MCloud), according to appendix No. 2;

3) the Catalogue of the services relating to general government technological framework (MCloud) according to appendix No. 3;

4) the Minimum list of applied tools for cooperation and communication and the rule of their use, according to appendix No. 4.

3. Appoint:

1) Public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety" as the owner of general government technological framework (MCloud).

2) Public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" as developer of general government technological framework (MCloud).

4. The ministries, the State office, other central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government, and public bodies / organizations within the sphere of competence, and also the public subjects specified in appendix No. 2:

1) will be placed by the existing and new information systems on general government technological framework (MCloud), except as specified, accurately provided in regulations;

2) will sign agreements with Service of information technologies and cybernetic safety on provision of services of general government technological framework (MCloud) of the IaaS type on the basis of the model approved by the State office;
