To activities of the digital mayner having data-processing center of digital mining on the property right or other legal causes – І subspecies include availability:

1.

information on inclusion in the register of the hardware and software for digital mining

Contains in the register of the hardware and software for digital mining (in the presence on the property right or other legal causes of the hardware and software for digital mining).

2.

information on availability on the property right or other legal cause of data-processing center of digital mining

The supporting document about availability on the property right or on other legal cause of data-processing center of digital mining with indication of the location of data-processing center.

3.

information on arrangement of data-processing center of digital mining out of the living area

The supporting document about arrangement of data-processing center of digital mining out of the living area (the guaranteed letter in any form).

4.

information on implementation of activities of digital mining through digital mayningovy pool

Supporting documents about implementation of activities of digital mining through digital mayningovy pool in case of accredited mayningovy pools in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the presence on the property right or other legal causes of the hardware and software for digital mining): the reference, the written answer or the agreement signed with digital mayningovy pool.

In case of transition during implementation of activities of digital mining, from one digital mayningovy pool on another, the digital mayner within 2 (two) working days reports about it in authorized body by means of information system.

information on availability the automated systems of commercial accounting of electrical energy, special automatic equipment of shutdown of the loading, system of telecommunications providing their unification with the systems installed at the system operator and at the power transferring organization in case of connection to their networks according to Item 2 of article 9-4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry" (further – the Law).

The document confirming availability at digital mayner the automated systems of commercial accounting of electrical energy, special automatic equipment of shutdown of the loading, system of telecommunications providing their unification with the systems installed at the system operator and at the power transferring organization in case of connection to their networks according to Item 2 of article 9-4 of the Law.

information on availability of specifications on connection to power networks (further – TU) *:

for the digital mayner who received THAT the power transferring organizations only from transformer substations of 35 kilovolts and above with the permitted capacity at least one megawatt according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on power industry;

for the digital mayner who performed connection to power networks of the power transferring (power making) organization till April 1, 2023.

TU for digital mayner, issued by the power transferring organizations only from transformer substations of 35 kilovolts and above with the permitted capacity at least one megawatt according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on power industry.

TU, issued by the power transferring (enegoproizvodyashchy) organization with the corresponding type of activity (the data-centers, factory or industrial buildings).

To activities of the digital mayner who does not have data-processing center of digital mining on the property right or other legal causes and the hardware and software belonging to it on the property right performing digital mining with use for the digital mining placed in data-processing center of digital mining – ІІ subspecies include availability:

information on inclusion in the register of the hardware and software for digital mining

Contains in the register of the hardware and software for digital mining

8.

information on placement in data-processing center of the hardware and software for the digital mining belonging to it on the property right

The guaranteed letter in any form of intention of cooperation with licensed mayner of the I subspecies with indication of its name

9.

information on implementation of activities of digital mining through digital mayningovy pool

Supporting documents about implementation of activities of digital mining through digital mayningovy pool in case of accredited mayningovy pools in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan: the reference, the written answer or the agreement signed with digital mayningovy pool.

In case of transition during implementation of activities of digital mining, from one digital mayningovy pool on another, the digital mayner within 2 (two) working days reports about it in authorized body by means of information system.
