considering historically developed commercial and scientific and technical ties between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Belarus,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

Economic and the sci-tech cooperation between the Parties will be performed according to the legislation of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The cooperation will be performed in the following main directions:

1. crop production, including seed farming of crops;

2. livestock production, including breeding case;

3. the food and overworking industries, including upgrade of the companies for production and conversion of food products;

4. development and enhancement of methods of managing in agro-industrial complex;

5. economy and agrarian policy: economic mutually beneficial relations in calculations when implementing trading activities in the field of agricultural industry and processing industry;

6. cooperation in the field of agrarian education, preparation and retraining of heads and specialists of the organizations of agro-industrial complex.

The Agreement can include other directions of cooperation according to the procedure, stipulated in Article the 9th this agreement.
