1. Approve the enclosed the scope of information, national guarantors included in the single list, and procedure for their direction in the Eurasian economic commission.

To authorized customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force to send to the Eurasian economic commission of the information about national guarantors for the purpose of the beginning of forming of the single list of national guarantors or data on their absence.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on features of application of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties in transit (transportation) of goods according to customs procedure of the customs transit signed on April 19, 2022.
