About change and recognition voided some acts of the President of the Russian Federation

1. In the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2005 No. 110 "About carrying out certification of the government civil servants of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 6, Art. 437; 2013, No. 12, Art. 1242; 2014, No. 12, Art. 1263; 2015, No. 35, Art. 4970; 2020, No. 10, Art. 1320; 2021, No. 1, the Art. 85) and in Regulations on the carrying out certification of the government civil servants of the Russian Federation approved by this Decree:

a) Add the decree with Item 3 (1) the following content:

"3(1). To perform financing of the expenses connected with carrying out certification of federal government civil servants of bodies of the public power of the federal territory Sirius and territorial election commission of the federal territory Sirius by budget funds of the federal territory Sirius.";
