About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of ensuring anti-terrorist security of objects (territories)

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of ensuring anti-terrorist security of objects (territories).

2. Determine that concerning objects (territories) specified in Items 2 - 9 changes approved by this resolution which appropriates category or the material safety data sheet of which are approved before entry into force of this resolution, categorization of objects (territories) or modification in corresponding the material safety data sheet before the bases for their updating is carried out according to the decision of owners of the specified objects (territories).

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of ensuring anti-terrorist security of objects (territories)

Paragraphs the first - the fourth Item 6 of Rules of development of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) and the material safety data sheet of objects (territories) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2013 No. 1244 "About anti-terrorist security of objects (territories)" (Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, Art. 7220), to state in the following edition:

"6. In requirements the procedure for carrying out categorization of object (territory), that is reference of object (territory) to certain category taking into account possible effects of making of act of terrorism on it based on assessment of condition of security of object (territory) considering its importance for infrastructure and life support and degree of potential danger of making of act of terrorism is determined.
