ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2018 No. 884 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, Art. 5343; 2021, No. 48, Art. 8073).

2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation within the number of employees of the Ministry, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. The Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023.
