About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2023 No. 24

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2023 No. 24 "About payments in the form of subsidies per unit of the agricultural products realized and (or) sent to processing (conversion)" the following changes:
in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1:
"realized" to replace the word with the word "implemented *";
add the subitem with the interlinear note of the following content:

* Treat the sold agricultural products:
products sold to the organizations performing activities for processing (conversion) of agricultural products in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
products sold to management companies for subsequent its realization to the organizations performing activities for processing (conversion) of agricultural products in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The management company is understood as the commercial organization performing activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in which trust management stocks (share in authorized fund) of agricultural organization are transferred or to which powers of executive body of agricultural organization are delegated.";
