About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548 and of March 25, 2022 No. 172
Based on part one of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" and part two of Item 2 of article 175 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing, No. 548 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021:
in the column "Term of Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 6.15.2 of Item 6.15 of figure "30" to replace with figures "25";
in the column "Term of Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 6.26.1 of Item 6.26 of figure "30" to replace with figures "25";
in the column "Term of Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 6.35.1 of Item 6.35 of figure "10" to replace with figure "5";
1.2. Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of the conclusion about possibility of destruction of the goods intended for the room under customs procedure of the destruction approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2022 No. 172, to state in the following edition:
