About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

 

Appendix 1

to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2023 No. 301

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. In Regulations on the approval procedure on the admission to the MDP procedure and use of MDP of books, introduction in it of changes, suspensions, cancellation of permission to the admission to the MDP procedure and use of books of MDP approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 1998 No. 1996:

in Item 2 of the word "valid special permission (license) for the activities implementation right" shall be replaced with words "license for activities";

in paragraph three of Item 7 of the word "on the implementation right" shall be replaced with words "on implementation";

the tenth Item 19 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the terminations of license for activities in the field of road transport when implementing the activities which are subject to licensing.".

4. In Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592:
