Issue of the certificate to the legal entity, branch (representation) registered by the principle of "Single window", except as specified, the stipulated in Clause 24 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)" - Chapter 4, Item 93 - the Unified register (list) of the state services

Full name of state body (organization), local government body (local government office) providing service

The state body of the executive authority providing functions on development and realization of state policy in the field of normative legal regulation, judicial and expert, lawyer, notarial, probatsionny and criminal and executive activities - the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry of Justice) and its territorial authorities.

Resulting effect of the provided state service

The certificate on state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity, branch (representation) or motivated refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases, stipulated in Item 16 these standards.

On the State portal of electronic services the result of rendering the state service goes to the consumer to personal account in electronic form.

The result of the rendered service is issued by the Ministry of Justice and its territorial authorities in paper format.

Note: the original is the document in paper format, except for registration certificates of the commercial organizations

Conditions of provision of the state service

Service provision to consumers is performed:

1) in electronic format through the State portal of electronic services (www.portal.tunduk.kg) on condition of availability:

- Internet bonds;

- electronic and digital signature (EDS);

2) in paper format:

- indoors, answering to the established sanitary standards;

- in the presence of the place for the address (in the place for filling of the statement there are models of filling of statements with indication of the list of necessary documents for the applicant);

- in the presence of easy access of all citizens to the building and sanitary and hygienic rooms (toilets, washing rooms), including for persons with limited opportunities of health (further - LOVZ), equipped (buildings, rooms) ramps, hand-rail;

- system of electronic queue;

- in the presence of the information stand with placement of information on the provided services;

- provided that the organizations have places for expectation, toilets (in regions in case of impossibility of connection to the central plumbing and sanitary - outdoor), heating, water supply system, phone;

- provided that preferential categories of citizens (participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers, LOVZ, expectant mothers, persons with children till 1 year) are serviced out of turn.

For convenience of consumers in the place of provision of service the list of necessary documents and application forms are placed.

Working schedule:

Monday through Friday inclusive from 9:00 till 18:00 o'clock with lunch break from 12:30 till 13:30 o'clock.

Reception of an application on rendering the state service is performed Monday through Friday inclusive from 9:00 till 14:00 o'clock.

Issue of result of rendering the state service is performed: Monday through Friday inclusive from 14:00 till 18:00 o'clock.

The working schedule of the State portal - round the clock, except for technical breaks in connection with carrying out repair work.

In case of the address of the consumer after the termination of working hours, in days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Kyrgyz Republic reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service is performed the next working afternoon

Term of provision of the state service

The service is submitted within the following terms:

3 working days - for the commercial organizations;

10 calendar days - for financial credit institutes, non-profit organizations, and also branches (representations) of financial credit institutes, the foreign and international organizations;

30 calendar days - for political parties, their branches (representations).

The statement for registration (re-registration) of the legal entity, branch (representation) is filled and moves both in electronic, and in paper format - 10 minutes.

Limiting time for reception of an application for state registration of legal entities, branches (representations) both in electronic, and in paper format - no more than 15-30 minutes.

Limiting time of issue of result of rendering service - no more than 15-30 minutes

- in the mode of remote access by means of personal account of the user;

Information can be provided:

- in writing;

- in oral form (by phone, in case of personal contact);

- electronically.

It is possible to study information in information stands, brochures and booklets, in the state and official languages.
