Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of certification and certification of faces of command structure of the courts which are subject to state registration in the State ship register of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Rules), are developed according to subitem 26-11) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About inland water transport" (further – the Law) and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" (further – the Law "About the State Services") and determine procedure for certification and certification of faces of command structure of the courts which are subject to state registration in the State ship register of the Republic of Kazakhstan, operated on inland waterways and rendering the state services "Certification of Faces of Command Structure of Courts", "Certification of Faces of Command Structure of Courts".

2. Action of these rules extends to command structure of the courts operated on the inland waterways of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered in the State ship register of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Faces of command structure of the courts which are subject to state registration in the State ship register of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the holding positions are subject to certification after each next five years.
