About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating payment terms of work of separate employee categories of local government bodies of the cities of republican value which are not belonging to the category of local government officers
For the purpose of enhancement of wages system and increase in efficiency of activities of local government bodies of the cities of republican value, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers occupied with servicing of state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 433 the following changes:
- in item 4:
after the words "local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" to add with words ", except for the cities of republican value,";
add with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Local government bodies of the cities of republican value establish to official pay rates of the workers occupied with servicing of local government bodies of the cities of republican value, the allowances provided by the labor law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amount up to one official pay rate and also the payments approved by decisions of the city kenesh.".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in the public subordinated institutions in the field of culture and information" of March 30, 2022 with No. 180 the following change:
