RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

of April 6, 2023 No. 195

About modification of some Orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in road industry

For the purpose of systematization of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in road industry, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2017 No. 68 the following changes:

in Regulations on Department of road economy under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- declare Item 6 invalid;

- the fifteenth Item 14 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-preparation and plan development of carrying out repair and content of highways public and road constructions, and in accordance with the established procedure submission to the Ministry for approval;";

- paragraphs the eighth, ninth Item 24 to recognize invalid.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for transformation of system of road industry" of December 24, 2021 No. 346 the following changes:

in Regulations on Road fund under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 3 of the word "this Provision" shall be replaced with words "the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Road fund", this Provision";

- in Item 9 of the word "ensuring effective use" shall be replaced with words "accumulation and effective use";

- in the subitem 11 of Item 11 of the word", the amount of compensation of workers" to exclude;
