About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of state bodies of the executive authority, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on the Agency of road, water transport and weight and dimensional control under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- Regulations on Department of road economy under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic 33 established posts with the corresponding budget financing, at the expense of the reduced established posts.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following changes:

- in appendix 1 to the above-named resolution:

in Item 8 of figure "1135" and "1069" to replace with figures "1102" and "1036" respectively;

in Item 33 of figure "608", "131" and "477" to replace with figures "641", "144" and "497" respectively.
