1. Approve enclosed:

the list of the criteria shown to the single suppliers (contractors, contractors) when implementing purchases of medicines for medical application;

the list of selection criteria of medicines for medical application when implementing purchases at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor).

2. For office use.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
