About additional measures for enhancement of executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers
For the purpose of increase in the status of state language in life of the state and society, its all-round development on scientific basis and expansions of circle of application, increase in the place and role of state language in development of modern science:
1. Create in executive structure of the Development department Cabinet of Ministers of state language.
Determine that the established posts which are in addition allocated in connection with creation of Development department of state language are entered due to reducing 5 established posts of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Make change to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2022 No. UP-269 "About Measures for Realization of Administrative Reforms of New Uzbekistan" according to appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Justice to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this Decree in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
