About approval of the List of the measurements relating to state regulation
According to the subitem 2) of article 6-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ensuring unity of measurements" we ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed List of the measurements relating to state regulation.
2. To provide to committee of geodesy and cartography of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;
3) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan about execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on supervising corresponding activity of the vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
