About exit of Ukraine from the agreement on procedure for provision of pensions and national insurance of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States
According to Item 3 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, being guided by article 54 of the Vienna convention on the right of international treaties and article 7 of the Agreement on procedure for provision of pensions and national insurance of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States, I decide:
1. Leave the agreement on procedure for provision of pensions and national insurance of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States made on December 24, 1993 in to Ashkhabatya.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to report to depositary of the agreement on procedure for provision of pensions and national insurance of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States about exit of Ukraine from the called agreement.
